Creation Process
1. Upload Your Photos
Upload your pet’s photo(s) and select your preferred artwork option along with your desired color palette.
2. Initial Sketch Preview
Within 1 to 2 business days, you will receive an initial sketch preview for pose and composition approval.
3. Portrait Illustration
Once approved, your portrait will be carefully digitally hand-painted with refined details, soft textures, and thoughtful artistic finishing.
4. Final Artwork Review
The completed artwork proof is typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days for final review before your digital artwork is finalized or your print order moves into production.
5. Digital File Delivery
For digital portrait orders, your artwork will be delivered as a high-resolution master file, allowing you to print and enjoy your portrait in a variety of meaningful ways for personal use.
6. Print Production & Shipping
For printed portrait orders, professional print production typically takes 3 to 4 business days after final approval, with US delivery generally arriving within 5 to 10 business days.
