Custom Artwork
All portraits created by Furever Love Studio are custom made-to-order artworks based on customer submitted photos and preferences.
Because each piece is individually created, slight artistic variations may occur as part of the creative process.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that the final artwork reflects the artist’s interpretation and artistic style.
Photo Submission
Customers are responsible for providing clear reference photos suitable for artwork creation.
Furever Love Studio is not responsible for issues resulting from:
- Low quality images
- Blurry photos
- Poor lighting
- Obstructed facial features
- Incomplete reference materials
Customers confirm they have permission to use any uploaded images submitted for commissioned artwork.
Artwork Approval Process
Customers will receive an initial sketch or composition preview for approval before final artwork completion.
Minor revisions may be requested during the approval process. Excessive revision requests or major composition changes after approval may require additional fees.
Once final artwork approval is provided, the order will proceed to digital delivery or print production.
Digital Products
Digital portrait purchases include a high resolution digital artwork file delivered electronically.
Digital products are intended for personal use only and may not be:
- Resold
- Redistributed
- Used commercially
- Modified for resale
- Used for merchandise production
Commercial licensing requires prior written approval from Furever Love Studio.
Fine Art Print Add-Ons
Fine art print products are available as optional add-ons for existing portrait commissions.
Frames shown in mockups or promotional images are for display purposes only and are not included unless specifically stated otherwise.
Production and shipping timelines are estimates and may vary slightly depending on order volume, holidays, or carrier delays.
Turnaround Times
Estimated timelines provided on the website are approximate and not guaranteed.
Typical timelines:
- Initial sketch preview: 1 to 2 business days
- Final artwork review: 3 to 5 business days after approval
- Print production: 3 to 4 business days
- US shipping: approximately 5 to 10 business days
Delays caused by revision requests, incomplete customer responses, holidays, or shipping carriers are outside of our control.
Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the personalized and custom nature of commissioned artwork, all sales are generally final.
Orders may not be canceled once artwork creation has begun.
Refunds, exchanges, or replacements may be considered only in cases involving:
- Damaged physical products
- Incorrect items received
- Significant production defects
Customers must contact Furever Love Studio promptly regarding any order issues.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, illustrations, designs, images, branding, logos, and website content created by Furever Love Studio remain the intellectual property of Furever Love Studio unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright ownership.
Artwork may not be reproduced, resold, distributed, or commercially used without written permission.
Portfolio & Promotional Use
Furever Love Studio reserves the right to display completed artwork on:
- Website portfolio pages
- Social media
- Promotional materials
- Marketing content
If you prefer your commissioned artwork remain private, please contact us before or during the ordering process.
Limitation of Liability
Furever Love Studio is not liable for:
- Shipping carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
- Customer submitted photo quality issues
- Minor color variations caused by monitor or printer differences
Website use and purchases are made at the customer’s own discretion.
Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically without prior notice.
