Yes. Every portrait includes a one-time preview approval before final delivery or printing. Once your artwork is complete, we’ll email you a proof for review. One complimentary revision round is included for minor adjustments to help ensure your portrait feels just right. Please note: • Approval is required before your artwork is finalized and shipped. • Please check your inbox and spam folder regularly, as email is our primary form of communication. • If we do not receive a response within 14 days, the order may be finalized as approved. • Additional revisions or major artwork changes may require an extra fee depending on the request. If you are submitting multiple reference photos, please let us know which image you’d like us to use as the primary reference. If not specified, we will carefully choose the best option for the portrait. Requests to change the primary reference photo after artwork has begun may require a repainting fee.

Yes. Our Scene Portrait Collection currently offers the option to include multiple pets within one custom artwork. This collection is designed to capture meaningful moments and the unique bond shared between your beloved companions. We hope to expand multi-pet options to additional portrait styles in the future.

If you need to adjust details such as print size, background color, or digital options, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We’ll always do our best to accommodate changes whenever possible. Requests made after this window may not be guaranteed once artwork production has begun. Please note that order modifications may occasionally affect turnaround time.

Of course. If you prefer a clean portrait without text, simply enter “No Name” during customization.

The better the photo, the more beautifully we can capture your pet’s personality and details. For best results: 1. Use a clear, high resolution photo taken in natural lighting. 2. Choose a close-up image where your pet’s face is clearly visible. 3. Avoid blurry, dark, heavily filtered, or overhead photos.

Current artwork creation time for digital portraits is approximately 5 to 7 business days. After your order is placed: • Within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order, you’ll receive an initial sketch and composition preview for approval. • Once approved, your final artwork is typically completed within 4 to 6 days. For printed portraits, delivery usually arrives within 6 to 12 business days after final artwork approval. Turnaround times may vary slightly during high volume periods. If you need your portrait sooner, rush order options may be available.

Furever Love Studio maintains a no-return policy due to the personalized nature of our business. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your artwork, please contact us at hello@fureverlovestudio.com and we’ll be happy to help.

At this time, physical print orders are available within the United States only. International customers are still welcome to order Digital File Portraits from anywhere in the world. We hope to expand international shipping in the future.

Currently, commissions are offered as custom digital artwork illustrate by hand with artistic care and attention to detail. Physical handmade portrait offerings are planned for the near future.

Furever Love Studio currently sets aside approximately $1 to $3 from portrait orders toward future donations supporting local animal shelters and rescue efforts. As the studio grows, we hope to expand these contributions and involve the community in future giving efforts.
