At Furever Love Studio, each portrait is thoughtfully created as a custom made-to-order artwork designed specifically for you and your beloved companion. Due to the personalized nature of these products, please review the following policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom Artwork & Digital Products
All custom portrait commissions and digital artwork files are personalized creations and are therefore non-refundable once artwork creation has begun.
This includes:
- Digital portrait commissions
- Personalized artwork files
- Custom artwork revisions
- Approved artwork proofs
Because each piece is individually illustrated based on customer submitted photos and preferences, returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind purchases.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before artwork creation has started.
Once sketching, illustration, editing, or production work has begun, cancellations and refunds are no longer available.
If you need assistance regarding your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Revisions
Customers will receive an initial sketch or composition preview for approval before final artwork completion.
Minor revisions may be requested during the review stage to help ensure customer satisfaction.
Please review previews carefully before final approval, as major revisions may not be possible once artwork has been finalized or print production has begun.
Fine Art Print Orders
Because printed portraits are custom produced specifically for each order, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless:
- The item arrives damaged
- The incorrect item was received
- There is a significant production defect
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- Packaging photos if applicable
Replacement requests are reviewed individually.
Shipping Issues
Furever Love Studio is not responsible for:
- Shipping carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided during checkout
Please ensure all shipping information is entered accurately before placing your order.
Color & Display Variations
Please note that slight color variations may occur between digital screens and printed products due to monitor settings, printer differences, and material characteristics.
Minor variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.
